Seoul's Heaviest December Snowfall In 42 Years

South Korea’s capital broke a historical monthly snowfall record over the weekend.

The Korea Meteorological Administration has confirmed that the 4.8 inches (12.2 cm) of snow that accumulated on Saturday, December 30 was indeed the largest single-day dumping since 1981.
