Summer Snow In South Africa
Following the heavy snows in September, South Africa has been hit again -- in November.
Summer snow blanketed parts of the Eastern Cape on Tuesday, bringing a wintry wonder to typically mild November days.
Among the affected areas were the mountainous stretches of Lootsberg Pass along the N9 between Middelburg and Graaff-Reinet, the Wapadsberg Pass, and parts of the N9 between Graaff-Reinet and Nxuba, according to local reports.
